I worked as a mechanic for over a decade, and I have to say that this shop has the most helpful and honest staff in the local area. Rates are incredibly competitive. In the times that I have taken my vehicles to this shop, they NEVER recommend any service or part that I do not need.

I took my (SN95) Mustang GT here for brakes and exhaust work, because Ricardo is very familiar with Mustangs. He also worked on my other car, Lexus, in the past (prior to arriving at Briar Oaks Service Center), he accurately diagnosed the problem, and the issue went away and I've put on another 20K miles since the repair. I have been following him wherever he goes, and luckily this time he's closer to where I live. I've sent several friends to this shop and they were all very happy with the service and cost value that Ricardo provided. Definitely a shop that still has "old school" car mechanics that have a lot of experience, friendly and professional. Evidently, they also do detailing too so I plan on bringing my Mustang back to get it fully detailed.

I visited this business for the tire replacement. From the greetings to “your car is ready” I received top service. It was very easy and fast. What surprised me is that technician put the spare tire back in its place without even asking me. Recommend for fast tire replacement. Well done!

I had an excellent experience with Ricardo at Briar Oaks Service Center. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I originally went in for a state inspection on my 2021 Audi Q5 and was told by another shop that my right upper control arm needed to be replaced, which caused the vehicle to fail inspection. Before finding Briar Oaks, I contacted two other shops, both quoted significantly higher prices and insisted that both sides needed to be replaced. After reading the great reviews, I decided to give Briar Oaks Service Center a try, and I’m very glad I did. Ricardo was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and provided a quote that was nearly half the price I had been given elsewhere. I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM, and by 12:30 PM the same day, I received a call that everything was completed and my car had passed inspection. The turnaround time and quality of work were impressive. Ricardo is a true gentleman who clearly cares about doing the job right and treating customers fairly. I’m very grateful I found this shop and will definitely be returning for future service. Highly recommended!

A 911 is not trusted with just anyone. Ricardo is my go to for all my automobile needs from inspection and oil changes to everything else like today's service of fresh brakes all the way around as shown in my picture after pick up
